Trying to manage your career during COVID? Panelists Carrie Chapman, Megan Harkins, Bendita Cynthia Malakia and Katherine Schostok offered realistic and real advice for those at any stage of their career – things like considering what’s behind you on a Zoom call, to ways to network and meet new people, how to create a personal brand and ways to get ahead (or at least get noticed). Underscoring the importance of authenticity and being gentle with ourselves and others during these challenging times, the panelists acknowledged that we’re all “building this airplane as we fly it.” Taking care of yourself – so you also take care of your clients and others who place demands on your time – is part of setting realistic goals (and boundaries) that will keep us running in this marathon. This is a great program to view over lunch, so click here to view the recording!
