Student Membership - One of IAHA's goals is to encourage greater student membership in our organization. Non-voting student membership is available to undergraduate and law students (JD candidates and full time LLM candidates) for $25 per year.

The benefits of student membership include, among others:

  • An excellent monthly newsletter.
  • Quarterly Lectures on topics of current concern to the health care field.
  • The Annual Health Law Symposium, now in its 25th year.
  • Annual Surveys of Health Law that is included as part of the Annual Symposium materials.
  • Access to the Member Listserve.

These benefits make IAHA membership an invaluable tool for furthering students' substantive knowledge of health care law, not to mention the fabulous networking opportunities they offer for students to mingle with active members of the Illinois health care legal community.
